Return Policy

CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETURNS

If you have a concern with a product purchased from us please contact us immediately. We will work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. Items returned with an original receipt within 30 days will be cheerfully refunded, less shipping, provided the item is from ordinary stock (not a special order) and is in new, saleable condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective or shipped in error by FLT.

IMPORTANT: When shipping from overseas, please use a door-to-door shipping service (DHL, FedEx, FedEx, TNT, or mail) and indicate on the airway bill that "Goods are being sent for repair only". This will avoid duties being charged and will expedite delivery.
